These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of IT consulting services from Gradio Safety LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17456330) with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any service package, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Purchase Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Gradio Safety LTD provides fixed-price IT architecture consulting, stack recommendations, and security reviews delivered as one-time engagements:
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) as fixed one-time payments. We do not charge recurring subscriptions or unannounced hourly overages. Prices exclude applicable VAT unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment systems:
For the Lite package (€100), 100% upfront payment is required prior to the call. For packages of €250 and above, payment is split into 50% upfront to commence work and 50% upon final delivery of agreed deliverables.
All deliverables are digital (PDF documents, editable vector diagrams in Draw.io / Excalidraw format, and video conference calls). Standard delivery timeframes range from 3 to 15 business days following kickoff, as detailed in our Purchase Conditions.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our comprehensive Refund Policy. Qualifying consumers within the UK and EU retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for services that have not commenced. If deliverables fail to meet agreed specifications, we provide free remediation under our quality guarantee.
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership and licensing of bespoke deliverables (diagrams, reports, roadmaps) transfer to the client for unrestricted internal and commercial use. Gradio Safety LTD retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies and proprietary tooling.
We treat all client architectural data, source code, and business information as strictly confidential. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to reviewing sensitive repositories. All temporary access credentials and review artefacts are securely purged post-delivery in accordance with our Security & Ephemeral Access Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gradio Safety LTD total aggregate liability arising out of or related to our services is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
