// about gradio safety ltd

We sell clarity, not hours

Gradio Safety LTD is a consulting company in software architecture, software publishing, data processing, and hosting. We work with teams that need to make the right technical call before expensive development starts.

We do not sell time. We sell a diagram, a recommendation, and a roadmap your team can execute. No 100-slide decks. No buzzwords. No dependency on us after the engagement ends.

The market has no shortage of IT consultancies. It has a shortage of honest ones. We started Gradio Safety LTD to fix that — one architecture decision at a time.

Why we started

We started Gradio Safety LTD after years of watching teams make the same mistake: committing to an architecture based on a vendor pitch, a trending framework, or the loudest voice in the room. Six months and a lot of budget later, they realise the foundation is wrong — and the cost of fixing it is ten times the cost of building it.

The gap in the market is not another agency that will build whatever you ask. The gap is a team that will tell you what to build, what not to build, and why — before you spend a euro on development. That is what we do.

We are not the cheapest option, and we do not try to be. We are the option that saves you from a six-figure mistake.

What we actually do

Not a list of buzzwords. Here is the actual work we deliver.

Software architecture

This is the core. Architecture reviews, diagrams, and stack recommendations. We assess your system — or your planned system — against scalability, security, and maintainability criteria. You get a prioritised roadmap with specific, actionable fixes.

Every recommendation is tied to your context: your team size, your budget, your timeline. Not a theoretical ideal. A practical design you can build and run.

Explore services
// publishing

Software publishing

Release management, versioning, package distribution. CI/CD, semantic versioning, release notes.

// data

Data processing

Pipelines, ETL, storage design, analytics. Collect, transform, and use data without building a fragile mess.

// infra

Hosting & infrastructure

Cloud setup, servers, networking, monitoring. We configure and operate — or help your team do it.

Our principles

Three ideas that guide every engagement — from a one-hour call to a full architecture review.

Clarity over noise

No 100-slide decks. No buzzword salad. We map your problem, lay out the options, and give you a recommendation in plain language that a technical lead and a CFO can both understand.

If we cannot explain it simply, we do not understand it well enough.

// what we avoid
→ 100-slide strategy decks
→ Buzzword-compliant reports
→ Vague verbal advice
→ "It depends" without a direction

Pragmatism over hype

We choose the stack and architecture that fits your team, budget, and timeline — not whatever is trending on Hacker News. If a monolith is the right answer, we say so. If Kubernetes is overkill for you, we say that too.

The right tool is the one your team can run.

// what we check
→ Team skills & hiring market
→ Budget & timeline constraints
→ Operational complexity
→ Long-term maintenance cost

Future-proof by design

Every recommendation is stress-tested against the growth, data volume, and team-size changes that come after launch. We design for where you will be in two years, not just where you are today.

But we do not over-engineer for a future that may never come.

// what we test against
→ 10x traffic growth
→ Team doubling in size
→ New data sources & formats
→ Regulatory changes

Industries we serve

The domain changes, but the architectural principles stay the same. Here is where we have the most experience.

Fintech

Payment systems, trading platforms, and banking APIs. We understand regulatory constraints, data integrity requirements, and the cost of getting security wrong in financial software.

E-commerce

High-traffic storefronts, inventory systems, and order pipelines. We know what breaks during Black Friday and how to design so it does not break again.

SaaS

Multi-tenant architectures, billing, feature flagging. Scale from 10 to 10,000 tenants without rewriting everything.

Healthcare

Compliance-heavy systems with strict data protection. We design architectures that meet regulatory standards without becoming unmaintainable.

Enterprise tooling

Internal platforms, admin dashboards, operational tools. Tools your colleagues want to use, not tolerate.

Startups & scale-ups

From MVP architecture to scaling infrastructure. We help early-stage teams make decisions that do not need to be undone in six months — without over-engineering day one.

Who you work with

No junior consultants learning on your budget. No offshore hand-off. You work directly with the people who do the work.

ARCH

Lead Architect

Owns the architecture review, diagram, and stack recommendation. 10+ years across fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS. The person who reads your codebase and tells you what is wrong with it.

OPS

DevOps & Infrastructure Lead

Handles hosting, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring. Knows the difference between "works on my machine" and "works at 3am on a Saturday with 5000 concurrent users."

SEC

Security & Compliance Lead

Reviews every architecture for security risks and compliance gaps. OWASP, GDPR, KYC/AML — translates regulatory requirements into engineering decisions your team can implement.

DATA

Data Engineer

Designs and builds data pipelines, storage layers, and analytics infrastructure. Knows why your ETL breaks at 2am and how to make it not do that.

PUB

Software Publishing Specialist

Manages release pipelines, versioning strategy, and package distribution. Ensures your software ships with proper CI/CD, semantic versioning, and release notes people can read.

MGR

Engagement Manager

Your single point of contact. Manages scope, timeline, and deliverables. Makes sure the engagement stays on track and you always know what is happening.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about working with us. If yours is not here, email us.

How big is the team?

We are a small, focused team. That is intentional. It means the person you talk to on the first call is the same person who reviews your codebase and writes your report. No hand-offs, no telephone game.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work with clients across Europe and beyond. All calls are video calls, and all deliverables are digital. We can visit on-site for enterprise engagements if needed — just ask.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any codebase access or sensitive document sharing. We treat all client information as confidential by default — NDA or not. Your data, your code, and your architecture stay yours.

What if we need ongoing support?

We offer maintenance retainers for architecture updates, periodic reviews, and on-call advisory. But our goal is for you to be self-sufficient. If you need us forever, we did not do our job.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes — and we prefer it. We are not here to replace your team. We validate decisions, provide an independent perspective, and help your architects communicate trade-offs to stakeholders. Your team owns the result.

What if we are not happy with the result?

If the deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we fix it at no extra cost. If we cannot fix it to your satisfaction, you do not pay. We have never had to invoke this guarantee — but it is there.
