A focused 45-minute call where we dig into your goals, constraints, and current setup — and give you a clear, honest recommendation for what to do next. No sales pitch, no jargon, no obligation.
Before you commit budget to development, a consultation helps you avoid the most expensive mistake in software: building the wrong thing on the wrong foundation. We identify the key risks, the unknowns, and the questions that need answering — so you walk away with clarity, not confusion.

45 minutes. One focused conversation. A clear recommendation you can act on. No decks, no jargon, no obligation.
You do not need to have everything figured out. That is the point. Here are the situations where a call saves the most time and money.
You have an idea or a business requirement, but you are not sure what architecture, stack, or team you need. A consultation gives you a starting direction before you spend a euro on development.
You are planning to move from a monolith to microservices, switch databases, or migrate to the cloud. A call helps you understand the risks, the realistic timeline, and whether you actually need to do it at all.
Velocity dropped. Every feature takes longer. You suspect technical debt but cannot pinpoint where. A call helps identify bottlenecks and prioritise fixes.
Your user base or data volume is growing and the system is starting to creak. You need to know what will break next and what to do about it before it does.
Your team or another consultancy has proposed an architecture. You want an independent perspective before you commit. We review, flag risks, and tell you if it makes sense.
You are about to hire developers or an agency, but you are not sure what skills to look for or what to ask them. A consultation helps you define the technical requirements so you hire the right people — not the ones with the best CV and the wrong skills.
Every consultation ends with a written summary. No vague verbal advice that disappears after the call.
A concise document (2–4 pages) capturing everything discussed: goals, risks, recommendations, and next steps. You can share it with your team, stakeholders, or investors.
This is the core deliverable. It is what makes a consultation different from a casual chat with a consultant. You get something tangible you can reference, share, and act on — not just a memory of a conversation.
✓ 2–4 pages ✓ Shareable ✓ Actionable
What are you trying to achieve? What is fixed (budget, timeline, team) and what is flexible? This alone saves teams weeks of misaligned work.
A prioritised list of the biggest technical risks and unknowns. Each risk comes with a brief description and a suggested mitigation approach.
An initial recommendation on architecture, stack, or next steps. Not a final design — but enough to make an informed decision.
Email us with follow-up questions for 7 days after the call. No extra charge. If a quick clarification saves you a wrong decision, we want you to ask.
Four steps from booking to a written recommendation. Total turnaround: 3–5 business days.
Pick a time that works for you and share a short description of your situation — what you are building, what stage you are at, and what questions you have. We confirm within 24 hours and send a calendar invite with a video call link.
You send any relevant documents: architecture diagrams, codebase links, product specs, or a list of specific questions. We review everything before the call so the 45 minutes are spent discussing, not downloading context.
45 minutes of focused discussion. We ask targeted questions, challenge assumptions, and share initial observations in real time. You can invite up to 3 team members. The call is recorded (with your permission) and shared afterwards.
Within 2 business days, you receive a written document summarising the discussion, the risk inventory, our recommendations, and suggested next steps. You can share it freely with your team. Follow-up questions by email are free for 7 days.
A consultation is only as good as the context you bring. Here is how to prepare.
Send documents and specific questions beforehand. The more context we have before the call, the more time we spend discussing solutions instead of downloading context. 15 minutes of preparation on your side saves 15 minutes of the call.
// before the call
→ Send architecture diagrams
→ Share codebase access (NDA ok)
→ List 3–5 specific questions
→ Identify the decision-maker
Bring the technical decision-maker and at least one person who works hands-on with the system. More than 3 people usually dilutes the conversation. If stakeholders need to be involved, share the written summary with them afterwards — it is designed for that.
// who to bring
→ Technical decision-maker (required)
→ Hands-on developer (recommended)
→ Product manager (optional)
→ Max 3 people total
The most valuable consultations happen when teams are honest about what is not working. We have seen monoliths held together by cron jobs, databases with no backups, and "temporary" hacks from 2019. We do not judge. We help. But we can only help with what we know about.
// be honest about
→ Technical debt & workarounds
→ Team capacity & skills gaps
→ Budget & timeline constraints
→ What keeps you up at night

Yes. We schedule 45 minutes for the call itself. If we are in the middle of an important discussion, we will not cut you off abruptly — but we respect your time and ours. Most teams find 45 minutes is enough when they come prepared.
Yes, up to 3 people can join. We recommend bringing the technical decision-maker and at least one person who works hands-on with the system. More than 3 people usually dilutes the conversation.
If during the call we realise the scope is bigger than expected, we will tell you honestly and recommend either a follow-up call or a full architecture review. We will not stretch the call and charge you for overtime.
Yes. If you need an NDA before sharing documents or code, we will sign one before the preparation step. We treat all client information as confidential by default, NDA or not.
That happens. If your architecture is solid and you just needed a sanity check, we will tell you. We would rather lose a sale than sell you something you do not need. Reputation matters more than a single invoice.
Yes. If during the call we determine that an architecture review or stack recommendation is the right next step, your €100 consultation fee is credited toward that package. You do not pay twice for the same conversation.
Book a consultation and we will point you in the right direction. No commitment, no sales pitch — just a focused conversation about your system.
