Four steps from your message to a working engagement. No sales pipeline, no CRM funnel — just a direct conversation.
Fill in the form or email us directly. Include what you are building, what stage you are at, and what you need help with. The more context, the better — but even a one-liner is enough to start.
A real human reads your message and replies. We tell you whether we can help, which service fits, and what the next step is. If we cannot help, we say so and point you in the right direction.
If the scope is clear, we schedule a short call to align on details, timeline, and deliverables. This is a working call, not a sales call. We discuss your system, constraints, and goals. No slides, no pitch deck.
You receive a fixed-price proposal with clear scope, deliverables, and timeline. Once you approve and pay the deposit, we schedule the first working session. Most engagements start within a week of first contact.
The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Here is what makes a first message useful.
A one-paragraph description is enough. What does the system do? Who uses it? What is the current stage — idea, prototype, in production, scaling? This tells us which service fits and what level of detail to recommend.
// good example
→ "Fintech app, 5000 users,
Node.js + PostgreSQL,
scaling to 50k next year"
// less useful
→ "Need help with architecture"
Budget, timeline, team size, technology preferences, compliance requirements. Constraints are not limitations — they are design inputs. The more we know, the more practical our recommendation will be.
// useful constraints
→ Budget: €300–500
→ Team: 3 developers
→ Deadline: Q4 2026
→ Must comply with GDPR
If something is broken, slow, insecure, or confusing — tell us. The problem is often more informative than the solution you have in mind. We may recommend a different service than the one you expected.
// real problems
→ "Deploys take 2 hours"
→ "Onboarding takes 3 weeks"
→ "We failed a security audit"
→ "No one knows the full system"
Common questions about working with us. If yours is not here, just ask in your message.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any codebase access or detailed technical discussion. If you do not have an NDA template, we can provide one. All client work is confidential by default, regardless of paperwork.
Of course. Book a consultation and we will talk through your situation. If a consultation is not the right fit, we will tell you and suggest a different service. The call is 30 minutes, fixed-price, and you receive a written summary afterwards.
All three. Our services are priced for small and mid-size teams, but we work with enterprise teams on larger engagements too. If you are a solo founder with a tight budget, mention it — we sometimes take on smaller projects if the problem is interesting.
Select "Not sure / something else" in the form, or just email us. We will figure it out together. Most clients start with a consultation and then move to a specific service once the problem is clear.
Remotely, by default. All our services are designed to work without on-site visits. If on-site is required for a specific engagement (rare), we discuss travel and logistics during the scoping call.
CET (Central European Time). We work with clients across Europe, the UK, and the US East Coast. For other time zones, we arrange async communication or find overlapping hours.
The fastest way to find out if we can help is to send a message. Worst case: we say we are not the right fit and suggest someone who is. Best case: you get a clear plan within 24 hours.
