How, when, and what you pay — with no surprises.
Every package is a single one-time payment. There are no monthly fees, no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no subscription traps. You pay for the package once, receive the deliverables, and the engagement is complete. If you need further work, you can purchase another package or contact us for a custom quote.

We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payments. All payments must come from the client's own account or card. See our KYC & AML Policy for details.
A formal invoice is issued for every payment. Invoices include: Gradio Safety LTD company details, Company No. 17456330, VAT number (if applicable), service description, amount, currency, payment date, and transaction ID. Invoices are sent as PDF by email and are valid for your accounting and tax records. If you need a custom format or additional fields on your invoice (e.g., PO number, cost centre), let us know when you purchase.
If we have not started work and you request a refund within 14 days of payment, we will refund the full upfront amount. If work has already started, the upfront payment is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you do not pay the second instalment — and we fix the deliverable at no extra cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at the applicable rate based on your location and business status. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, provide your VAT number and we will issue a reverse-charge invoice. UK clients are charged VAT at the standard UK rate. Non-EU, non-UK clients are not charged VAT.
Common questions about packages, payment, and delivery.
Yes. Every package is a single one-time payment. You pay once, we deliver the agreed scope, and the engagement is done. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees. If you need more work later, you can buy another package or request a custom quote.
The upfront payment secures your slot, covers preparation time, and ensures both parties are committed to the engagement. For the Lite package (€100), the full amount is paid upfront because the engagement is short. For larger packages, the 50/50 split means you only pay the second half when you have received the deliverables.
Yes. If you start with Lite or Basic and realise you need more depth, you can upgrade to a higher package. You pay the difference between what you already paid and the new package price. The work already done counts towards the new package — we do not start from scratch.
Contact us with your requirements and we will provide a custom quote. The packages cover the most common engagement types, but we regularly scope custom work for larger systems, ongoing advisory, or multi-phase projects. Custom quotes are still fixed-price — no hourly billing.
For packages up to €500, the payment is split into two instalments (upfront and on delivery). For custom engagements above €500, we can discuss a payment plan tied to milestones. We do not offer financing, loans, or deferred payment beyond milestone-based splits.
All prices are in EUR (€). If you pay in a different currency, the exchange rate is determined at the time of payment by your bank or card issuer. We do not add currency conversion fees.
Yes. All deliverables — documents, diagrams, roadmaps, reports — are yours. You receive editable formats (draw.io, Excalidraw, Markdown) where applicable, not just PDFs. You can modify, share, and use them internally without restriction. We retain no rights to your deliverables.
Yes. Every package is delivered under a signed engagement letter or contract that defines: scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, IP ownership, confidentiality (NDA), and dispute resolution. The contract is sent for review before the upfront payment is due.
After the email follow-up period (7, 14, or 30 days depending on package), the engagement is complete. If you need ongoing support, we offer maintenance retainers and periodic review subscriptions — but these are separate from the one-time packages and are entirely optional.
We issue a proforma invoice (a quote with payment details) before payment so your finance team can process it. A formal VAT invoice is issued once payment is received. If your procurement process requires a PO or specific invoice format, let us know and we will accommodate it.
Pick a package and tell us about your project. We will confirm the scope, send a contract, and schedule your engagement. No sales call — just a direct conversation with the person who will do the work.
